Controlled Parking Zone to be introduced on Bridge Lane
We the undersigned petition the council to Introduce CPZ on Bridge Lane from the corner from Bridge way till the corner with Hayes Crescent at least if not the whole street and side roads.
Our stretch of Bridge Lane includes Yew Tree Court, which is a building which contains 34 separate flats. Parking spaces are constantly being occupied from morning till evening by employees and customers of the businesses on Finchley Road and Temple Fortune Parade. This makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for any of the local residents to find parking. This is exactly why CPZs are introduced, in order to protect residents’ parking spaces. We believe this to be a straightforward matter and hope that Barnet Council agree.
