Pedestrian Crossing at Cat Hill/Brookside
-acknowledge that the crossing point between the west and east sides of Cat Hill at the junction with Brookside is fundamentally unsafe, posing a danger to both pedestrians and road users;
-make improvements to the safety of the crossing- specifically, install a pedestrian (zebra) crossing to facilitate safety by requiring traffic to stop;
-make funding available to build-out the pavement and to enable any other works-required to implement an improvement to the safety of the crossing.
