Ban E-Scooters on busy High Road
We the undersigned petition the council to Teens fast driving e-scooters on busy pavements on High Road is really dangerous. Please put up Speed limit of 4 miles /hour signs or whstever you think would be safe for the pedestrians. .
Mobility scooter drivers are also driving fast and inconsiderate but standing electric scooters are really scary as they can appear from nowhere. I don't think anyone is safe on the pavements
