1.1	Apologies for absence Minutes: Apologies were received from Councillor Danny Rich, Councillor Matthew Perlberg, Councillor Ella Rose, Councillor Giulia Monasterio, Councillor Tony Vourou and Councillor Nick Mearing-Smith.
2.	The Worshipful the Mayor to read the Notice of the Meeting Minutes: The Worshipful the Mayor thanked all Members for attending the meeting. She advised Council that the required notice had been given.
3.	Declarations of Interest Minutes: None.
4.	Report of the Monitoring Officer (if any) Minutes: None.
5.	Memorial - Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II PDF 157 KB Minutes: The Worshipful the Mayor thanked all Members for attending the Extraordinary Council meeting to enable them to reflect upon and remember the life and reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The Mayor invited tributes from the Councillors Barry Rawlings, Melvin Cohen, Ross Houston, Daniel Thomas, Zakia Zubairi, Michael Mire, Nigel Young, Joshua Conway, Zahra Beg, Lachhya Gurung, Nagus Narenthira, Lucy Wakeley, Gill Sargeant and Geoff Cooke. Following the tributes, the Mayor concluded the Extraordinary Council meeting.
