Contract Award for the External Fabric Restoration works of the Physic Well

Following a competitive tendering process via Barnet Procurement, this report is seeking approval to enter into a contract with John Taylor & Green Ltd, the wining contractor for the External Fabric Restoration of the Physic Well for the sum of £117,025.91. If approved, Barnet Council will enter into contract with this contractor.
The contract is to be until the full completion of the works including snagging works during 12-months defects liability period (15th June 2019) |
