Interim Electronic Records and Document Management System (EDRMS) Support Solution

This report details the decision of the Assistant Director Commercial Assurance, Procurement and Estates to enter into an interim contract using the emergency provisions set out in the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules.  An interim contract is required because the Council’s original EDRMS support provider went into administration on 11th February 2013 so it could no longer provide the services required.  It is necessary to procure services via an emergency arrangement to secure the continuation of this critical IT service provision.
