This report details a 1-year extension to the cleaning contract for Lot 1 – Cleaning Services with new service costs and a 2-year extension to Lot 2 – Cleaning Consumables with the same rates. The annual contract value for Lot 1 was £962,281.85 (including participating schools) with a full-term total contract value of £4,811409.25. The annual contract value for Lot 2 was £44,518.22 with a full-term total contract value of £222,591.10. Both lots were for an initial 3-year term with the option to extend for a further 2-year period. The service provider for Lot 1 is Norse Cleaning Services and the contractor for Lot 2 is Birkin.
