The Council entered into a contract with Argenti for the provision of telecare services for a period of three (3) years from 1st April 2017 (with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years).

The current three (3) year contract for telecare services with Argenti expires on 31st March 2020. This paper outlines the reasons for recommending the extension of the current contract to Argenti for a period of two (2) years from 1^st April 2020 to 31^st March 2022.
