The property is located in Phase 3 of the Dollis Valley Scheme, where properties are subject to the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) dated 29th July 2014. The leaseholders have opted to sell their interest back to the council ahead of the scheduled date for vacant possession of the property. Following acquisition the property will be used as temporary accommodation by the Council until it is required for development. |
