Issue - decisions

1. To directly award the current Emergency Duty Team service contract to the current provider, the London Borough of Harrow, via a single tender action for a period of 24 months from 1^st April to 31^st March 2023. The overall value of the contract will be £449,928 (£224,964 per annum).

2. To authorise the first extension of the contract for the Emergency Duty Team in 2019-20 to the value of £213,099. The 2020-21 extension has already been executed.
