13/03/2020 - Approve the decision to Access on the ESPO Vehicle Hire Self-Drive Framework, for a Period of up to 2 years from 1st April 2020, with an Option to Extend for up to a further 2 years

Approve the Transport Service to access on the ESPO framework for Vehicle Hire, to spot hire vehicles required from the approved suppliers under the framework, with a total annual spend up to £1.3m, from 01st April 2020, for a period of up to 2 years, with an option to extend for up a further two years.
