The decision authorises fficers to enter into a framework agreement for providers of audit, assurance, and advisory services by 1 April 2020, for four (4) years until 31 March 2024, accessible by London Councils and other public-sector bodies, with the option to extend this term for a further two (2) periods of up to one year each (4+1+1 years) subject to budget constraints and performance.
