RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 21 June 2023 be agreed as a correct record.

Apologies were received from Councillor Gill Sargeant who was substituted by Councillor Tim Roberts.

Apologies were received from Councillor Lachhya Gurung.

Councillor Arjun Mittra declared a pecuniary interest in relation to Item 10 –Land Adj To 12 Hadley Highstone And Rear Of 14 Hadley High Stone Barnet EN5 4PU, by virtue of he will be joining Hadas who are one of the consultees.  They declared that they would not be participating in the discussion or voting on the item.

The Chair informed the committee that the following items have been deferred from the meeting:
