The motion was LOST.

 

A number of matters to do with inadequate parking arrangements, inadequate arrangements for provision of community space and the bulk, design and access arrangements for the amended scheme were discussed.  Officers advised however that, in relation to the parking arrangements and the community space provision there was no significant difference from the proposals which were agreed by the Planning Committee in October 2015 and that the extent of changes affecting the bulk, design and access arrangements for the amended proposals were not so significant as to warrant in the “officers” view a refusal of planning permission.
