Minutes:

The Committee confirmed that there was no requirement to resolve to move into exempt session to discuss the exempt information.

 

Following debate the Committee

 

RESOLVED to approve:

 

1.     The early surrender of the Barnet House lease, effective 31/03/2021 for the premium detailed in the associated exempt report.

 

2.     An associated repairs and maintenance liabilities settlement as detailed in the associated exempt report.

 

3.     That finalisation of the deal with the landlord be delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive, having taken appropriate legal advice.
