For the reasons set out in the Cabinet Member’s report, the Committee

 

RESOLVED –

 

1.  That the contract for the supply of temporary agency resources be awarded to Comensura Limited from 1 October 2012 valued at £10.6m per annum or £36.7m for the initial 3 year term with the option to extend the contract for a further 12 months for an additional £9.9m.  The total contract value including the additional year will be £46.6m.
