This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

 

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £300,000 for 32 Turner Avenue, London, N15 5DG

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £355,000 for 7 Nansen House, Stonebridge Park, London, NW10 8ED

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £283,000 for 137 Cranleigh Gardens, Southall, Middx, UB1 2BY

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £395,000 for 177a Wick Road, Gascoyne Estate, London, E9 5AF
