To Authorise the sealing of the Deed of Variations to the Grahame Park Principal Development Agreement as per the recommendations of the Asset, Regeneration and Growth Committees dated 30^th November 2015 (Plot 8 carve out) and 24^th April 2017 (various key changes to update the PDA as attached Appendix).  The Committee delegated authority to the Commissioning Director for Growth and Development to finalise terms of a variation to record initial necessary changes to the PDA. Paragraph 2.12 of the report to ARG summarised the changes required                                                                                                                   

On 3 May 20017 the General Functions Committee approved a proposal to restructure certain senior posts, including the realignment of the post of Commissioning Director for Growth and Development and renaming it Deputy Chief Executive.

The Deputy Chief Executive approves the terms which have been negotiated so as to reflect the ARG decisions mentioned above and is satisfied that consultation has taken place as required by the 2015 ARG decision.
