Group Leaders Panel
Purpose of committee
The purpose of the Group Leaders Panel is to investigate and determine allegations of a breach of the Code of Conduct for Members in the context of satisfying the Council’s continuing duty to promote and maintain high standards of conduct for Members. The Panel will take account the views of an Independent Person; an Independent Person has a statutory role of giving views on any complaint about the conduct of a Member.
