Following discussion of the item, the Chairman moved to the recommendation in the report, initially taking a vote whether to refuse the application as the

specified pruning would detrimentally affect the appearance of the tree of special amenity value and would be premature in the absence of occupation of the structure.

 

It was RESOLVED that the application was refused for the reason in the officer report.
