Officers had WITHDRAWN this item from the agenda to investigate whether Listed Building Consent is also required for this application as new evidence suggests the garage subject of this application was on the ground prior to 1948. (Under the Planning, Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990, the protection extends to any structure within the curtilage of the listed building which was on the ground of the listed building prior to 1st July 1948). |
