Declaration of Members' Disclosable Pecuniary interests and Non Pecuniary interests (if any) Minutes: Councillor Wendy Prentice Elm Bank: Councillor Prentice declared that she knew two of the objectors. Cottage Garden: Councillor Prentice declared that she knew the applicant. Councillor Alison Cornelius Elm Bank: Councillor Cornelius declared that she knew some of the objectors. Representations were heard from the agent for number 75, Dr Kaz Falahati, Councillor Caroline Stock and Richard Cahill (Applicant). RESOLVED that the application be approved, subject to the conditions detailed in the report and subject to the addendum. For: 5 Against: 0 Abstained: 1

Minutes: Councillor Rawlings arrived at 8.01pm during consideration of this item and did not partake in the debate or vote. The Committee considered the report and addendum. RESOLVED that the application be deferred for the applicant to look into matters of access, parking, and affordable housing.
