DECISION:

RESOLVED:

1. That Cabinet approved the adoption of the Community Care Contributions Policy.
2. That Cabinet approved the adoption of the Residential and Nursing Care Contributions Policy.
3. That Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director for Communities, Adults and Health in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care to update the policies once every 2 years or as required.
4. That Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director for Communities, Adults and Health for minor amendments to the policies, for example changes to nationally set thresholds.
