DECISION:
RESOLVED that:
Cabinet approved the award of the Civil
Parking & Traffic Enforcement Services contract to the
successful tenderer (APCOA Parking (UK) Limited) to deliver those
services for a period of FIVE (5) years from 1 November 2025, with
an option at the Council’s sole discretion to extend the
contract for up to a further TWO (2) years, at a total contract
value of £28,577,855 and the finalisation of the contractual
arrangements.
The report set out the options considered, if any, and the reasons
for the recommendations and the decision.
