Decision details

1.     To authorise the completion of an Academy lease on the terms detailed in section 1.5 below to the Wren Academies Trust of the whole site shown edged red on the attached site plan, other than any part of the site which the Council is obliged to transfer to the governing body of the school, on the terms set out in section 1.5 with such minor amendments to the terms and the plan (and if required, modification of the plan to exclude any part to be transferred to the governing body), as may be approved by the Head of Estates.
