Purpose:

At its meeting on 21st May 2024, Annual Council agreed a number of recommendations in respect of changes to the Chief Officer structure and Senior Management Team.  Council delegated authority to the Chief Executive to make an appointment to the post of Executive Director, Environment and agree the dates on which this appointment and other changes to the structure should take effect.  This Delegated Powers report confirms the appointment of Craig Miller to the post of Executive Director, Environment and the deletion of the post of Streetscene Director, both with effect from 22nd June 2024.
