2. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £250,000 for 10 Guilfoyle Broadhead Strand London NW9 5PN1NRin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

3. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £317,500 for 13 Westcroft Way, London, NW2 2RH in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
