This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £270,000 for 9 Bradmore Court, Enstone Road, EN3 7WJ

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £325,000 for 9 Steele Road, London, Greater London, N17 6YJ

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £228,000 for 19 Swan Road, Southall, UB1 3JT

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £288,000 for 26a Dunedin Way, Hayes, UB4 9LQ
