1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £255,000 for 3 Red Post House, Hilda Road, London, E6 1DD in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £255,000 for 30 Claremont Road, London, NW2 1BR in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
