This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £235,000 for 6 Burleigh Close, Northumberland Park, London, N17 0TD

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £180,000 for 9 Austin Road, Hayes, Middx, UB3 3DA

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £270,000 for 18 Saunton Court Haldane Road, Southall, Middx, UB1 3NZ

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £340,000 for 116 Mount Pleasant Road, Cockfosters, EN4 9HQ
