This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £360,000 for 7 Puffin Court, 368 Gurnell Grove, W13 0BL

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £315,000 for 8 North Dene, Mill Hill, London, NW7 3AT

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £315,000 for 13 Underhill House, Burgess Street, London, E14 7AX

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £390,000 for 14 Monroe House, New Orleans Walk, London, N19 3UG

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £316,500 for 17 Limborough House, Thomas Road, London, E14 7AW

 

6.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £285,000 for 40 Orton Grove, Enfield, Middx, EN1 4UE
