This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £251,000 for 1 Verity Court, 1a Charlton Road, Edmonton, N9 8UL

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £320,000 for 7 Downland House, Holbrook Close, Enfield, EN1 4UJ

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £262,000 for 9 Field House, Sebastopol Road, London, N9 0PS

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £385,000 for 12 The Mall, Boston Manor Road, TW8 8DJ

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £345,000 for 12B Oakleigh Court, Church Hill Road, Barnet, Herts, EN4 8UX

 

6.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £387,000 for 22 Talbot Walk, Church Road, London, NW10 9HU

 

7.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £390,000 for 47 Pinkham Mansions, Gurnell Grove, W4 3BQ

 

8.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £328,000 for 65 Farndale Avenue, London, N13 5AJ
