This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition Programme:

 

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £300,000 for 54a South Street, Enfield, Middx, EN3 4LB.

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £357,000 for 11 Edred House, Kingsmead Estate, Homerton Road, London, E9 5PN.

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £297,000 for 102 Crane Court, Gurnell Grove, London, W13 0AQ

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £270,000 for 17 Empire House, Great Cambridge, N18 1EA

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £320,000 for 45 Bell Court, Bell Lane, London, NW4 2RT
