Purpose:

This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition programme:

 

1.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £274,000 for 2 Troon Court, Baird Avenue, Southall, Middx, UB1 3LYin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property

 

2.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £310,000 for 5 Osward Place, London, N9 7EF in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

3.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £370,000 for 19 Leadbetter Court, Melville Road, NW10 8BS in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

4.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £370,000 for 19 Magellan Court, Stonebridge Park, London, NW10 8EPin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

5.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £290,000 for 24 Winnings Walk, Northolt, Middx, EN3 6UJ in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

6.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £380,000 for 25 Keddleston Court, Clapton Park Estate, E5 0JL in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

7.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £240,000 for 30 Fisher Close, Enfield, EN3 6WQ in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property

 

8.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £370,000 for 30 Leadbetter Court, Melville Road, NW10 8BS in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.

 

9.    To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £245,000 for 154 Deansbrook Road, Burnt Oak, HA8 9DLin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
