Purpose:
This report seeks authority for the direct purchase of properties for use as part of the Housing Acquisition programme:
1. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £300,000 for 46 Moree Way, London, N18 2UN in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
2. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £215,000 for146 Magpie Close, Goat Lane, Enfield, EN1 4JEin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
3. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £170,000 for 37 Ross Close, Luton, LU1 5RBin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
4. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £250,000 for 31 Tennyson Close, Enfield, Middx, EN3 4SN in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
5. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £279,995 for 30 Holmwood Road, Enfield, Middx, EN3 6QJin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
6. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £453,000 for 24 Tideway House, Strafford Street, London, E14 8LXin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
7. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £275,000 for 13 Saunton Court, Hauldane Road, Southall UB1 3NZ in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
8. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £431,000 for 11 Kiln Court, Newell Street, London, E14 7JP in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
9. To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £350,000 for 2 Frontenac, Willesden, NW10 3RA in accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
10.To authorise the private treaty acquisition at a purchase price of £274,000 for 23 Hartsbourne Court, Flemming Road, UB1 3PDin accordance with associated costs as mentioned in this report, and Heads of Terms to be agreed in respect of this property.
