• Councillor John Marshall MA (Hons) - Non Pecuniary - Councillor John Marshall declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to item 8 on the agenda (290-294 Golders Green Road, NW11 9PY) as he indicated that the applicants had made generous donations to his Mayoral Appeal and also to ex-Councillor Schama’s Appeal which he chaired- these were donations of which he approved. Councillor Marshall also noted that he will not be taking part in the debate and indicated that he would leave the meeting for consideration of this item.
