Brownfield Land Register
LPAs are required under the Town & Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 to publish initial registers by 31st December 2017 and thereafter update them at least once a year.
Registers are to provide up to date publicly available information on brownfield land considered suitable for housing.
