Sustainable Design and Construction and Draft Residential Design Guidance Supplementary Planning Documents
The refocused SPD’s capture changes on space standards as well as new standards that address accessibility, security, energy, noise, air pollution and water conservation. The Residential Design SPD cross references these changes and also clarifies the approach to conversions including small HMO conversions. It is recommended these documents are considered for adoption following consultation.
