Implementation of Controlled Parking Zone on Court Way NW9

We the undersigned petition the council to Implement a CPZ to discourage non-residential parking during certain times and using Court Way as their car park. This will allow residents to be able to manoeuvre in and out of their driveways freely.

Court Way is becoming extremely congested with non residential vehicles and appears to be used as a car park for day commuters using Colindale tube station. These parking challenges have prompted us to take action and propose the implementation of a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) on our road.

Recently a number of commercial vans have appeared and park overnight making it difficult to manoeuvre in and out of driveways.

To address these challenges, a group of concerned residents have initiated a petition advocating for the establishment of a CPZ. This proposed solution aims to regulate parking, ensure accessibility for residents, enhance safety, and alleviate congestion in our neighborhood.

The implementation of a CPZ would provide residents with designated parking spaces, discourage non-residential parking during a certain time, and improve the overall quality of life in our community.

We have already gathered significant support from fellow residents who share our concerns, and we believe that the implementation of a CPZ would greatly benefit the road.

Therefore, we kindly request your support in considering our petition and evaluating the feasibility of establishing a Controlled Parking Zone.
