I, Councillor Hugh Rayner, an elected Member of the London Borough of Barnet give notice of my interests which I am required by the Council’s members Code of Conduct to register on the Council’s register maintained under Section 29(1) of the Localism Act 2011, and I have put “none” where I have no such interests under any heading.

A. Employment or business

Director of Homehurst Residents Co Ltd- Homehurst is a leaseholders group who owns freehold of 14-17 Homswell Drive.

B. Sponsorship

Any payment or provision of any other financial benefit (other than from the relevant authority) made or provided within the relevant period in respect of any expenses incurred by a Member in carrying out duties as a member, or towards the election expenses of a Member. This includes any payment or financial benefit from a trade union within the meaning of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992). Use of LBB pest control services on an as required basis
I wish to declare a contract, between S&H Housing Ltd, a company of which I am a director, and Greenspaces LBB to cut the grass on certain private areas of land within Adastral Village Colindale NW9 - that is that Greenspaces LBB will perform the mowing service and they will invoice S&H Housing Ltd for the service.
I wish to declare a contract, between S&H Housing Ltd, a company of which I am director, and Environmental Health LBB for a VOLUNTARY inspection of a two storey HMO with six or fewer unrelated tenants located with Astral Village Colindale NW9, that is the Environmental Health LBB will perform inspect/report on the HMO and they will invoice S&H Housing Ltd for the service.
I wish to declare further information in relation to my interest in that from time to time I receive incentives as a private landlord from Barnet Homes for taking on tenants as recommended by them.

D. Land in the area of the authority

Note: Some of the tenants of S H Housing owned properties have their rent funded by LBB housing benefit - and in some cases this is paid direct (whilst I do not consider this to be a pecuniary interest I do include it). Likewise I am also a recipient of incentive payments as a landlord from Barnet Homes (again I do not consider this to be a pecuniary interest).
