Minutes:

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 14 July 2016, be approved as a correct record.

Chairman's Statement

The Chairman informed the Committee that Barnet Homes had requested, that due to the need to consider the extent of proposed affordable housing provision, it had been requested that the following items be withdrawn from this meeting:

 

9 –   Crispin Road;

10 – Garage Site, West Close;

11 – Garages Off Salcombe Gardens;

12 – Land Adjacent to 106-108 Mount Pleasant;

14 – Reets Farm Close Garages.

 

The Chairman also paid tribute to Joe Henry thanking him for his courtesy and assistance over the years, as Joe was leaving the authority. These sentiments were endorsed by Members present.

 

Finally, the running order of the agenda was changed, as reflected in these minutes.

the applicant was known to him. Councillor Cohen had previously taken advice from the Monitoring

Officer and was advised that it was acceptable for him to speak and vote.

Agenda item 8, Belmont Riding Centre – declared a non-pecuniary interest as Councillor Farrier was a frequent visitor to the Centre and her Granddaughter attended riding lessons at the Centre.
