The Committee proceeded to vote on the motion to approve the report and the vote was as follows:
The motion was LOST.
A number of matters to do with inadequate parking arrangements, inadequate arrangements for provision of community space and the bulk, design and access arrangements for the amended scheme were discussed. Officers advised however that, in relation to the parking arrangements and the community space provision there was no significant difference from the proposals which were agreed by the Planning Committee in October 2015 and that the extent of changes affecting the bulk, design and access arrangements for the amended proposals were not so significant as to warrant in the “officers” view a refusal of planning permission.
A motion was moved to refer the matter to Full Council for consideration:
RESOLVED that the application be referred to Full Council for consideration.
