RESOLVED - That the minutes of the meeting held on 1 May 2014 be approved as a correct record.

Minutes:

The Committee noted the receipt of the additional information set out in the tabled addendum.

 

The Committee having heard from Mr Justin Mills, Director at Contour Planning Services and Mr Stephen Birrell, Director at Andmore Planning, who both objected to certain aspects of the scheme and James Moody, Managing Director of Redrow London, speaking in support of the scheme;

 

RESOLVED TO APPROVE the application as per the officer’s report and subject to (i) completion of the Section 106 Agreement and (ii) the conditions set out in the report.
