Public comments were received on this item from Mr D R Dishman, Mrs Barbara Jacobson, Mr Julian Silverman, Mr Daniel Hope and Mr Robert Jacobson.

 

The Committee noted the below correction to the report:

Appendix F, pages 53 and 57 – correction of the wards within Chipping Barnet parliamentary constituency.

Paragraph 9.48.2, page 33 - The Committee noted that the last sentence was incomplete and requested officers to find out and confirm to members of the Committee what the missing information was.

 

The Committee agreed that changes to the Constitution coming to the next meeting of the Committee in July 2013 would be tracked changed where possible. The Committee also agreed that the July 2013 meeting of the Committee be brought forward to take place before the full Council meeting of 16 July 2013.

 

RESOLVED - 

 

(1)        That the Committee, having considered the proposed changes to the Constitution as set out in the report and addenda, recommended the below changes:
