RESOLVED – That the Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 19 March 2013 and 2 July 2013 be agreed as a correct record.

Senior Salary: Service Director for Education & Skills pdf icon PDF 102 KB

Minutes:

The Committee considered the salary to be set for the Service Director for Education and Skills, a salary between £103,846 and £113,846, commensurate with other senior posts established as part of the senior management restructure.  The Committee noted that the senior management restructure had overall made savings. 

 

RESOLVED –

 

1.         That the Committee approves the salary band for the post of Service Director for Education and Skills, in line with the agreed restructure of the service and the pay and grading structure agreed for senior posts within the Council.

 

2.         That the decision taken by the Committee be reported back to Council.
