Any Other Business

Minutes:

·         A question was raised by Derrick Cheung as to whether the approved West Hendon regeneration scheme exceeded the recommended density within the London Plan (H/01054/13). This was asked at a previous meeting of the Committee on 15th November 2012, where an affirmative response was given. Thomas Wyld stated that the density of the proposed development (H/01054/13) was 210u/ha, whereas the London Plan recommended a total of 170u/ha. The proposed scheme therefore was in excess of the London Plan recommendation by 23.5%

-       RESOLVED: That the Committee relevant information to be circulated to the Committee regarding the question previously raised.

·         Clarification was sought over the Hendon Partnership Board’s organisational focus and remit.

-       Derrick Cheung provided clarity to the committee.

·         The Committee raised concern in regard to the absence of the Canal and River Trust at recent meetings of the Committee.
