The Chairman introduced the Sub-committee Members and explained the procedure that would be followed at the meeting.

Motion to exclude the Press and Public

Minutes:

RESOLVED – That, under Regulation 14(2) of the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings Regulations 2005), the parties be excluded from the meeting.

Interim Steps Report – Expedited Summary Review, McGowans, 26-28 Cricklewood Lane, London, NW2 1HB

Minutes:

The Sub-Committee had before it an application for an expedited review of a premises licence under Section 53B of the Licensing Act 2003.

Re-admission of the Press and Public: Announcement of the decision of the Sub-Committee

Minutes:

RESOLVED – That the press and public be re-admitted.

 

The Sub-Committee, having considered the exempted report, unanimously RESOLVED –

 

The Licensing Sub-Committee decided that in promotion of the Licencing Objectives, in particular the prevention of crime and disorder, that the licence should be suspended under section 53B of the Licensing Act 2003. The decision to suspend the licence takes immediate effect.
