Members Present:-

Barnet Adult Social Care Consultation The Residents Forum noted the information contained in the Issues List with regard to consulting on proposals for the future delivery of adult social care in the Borough. Susie Kemp, Strategy Commissioning Director, elaborated on the issues faced by the Service and informed the Forum that two consultation events would be held, one at Chipping Barnet Library at 2.30pm on 7 July and a second event at Hendon Town Hall at 6.30pm on 12 July.
It was also noted that the consultation exercise was scheduled from mid-May until the beginning of 8 August 2016.
1. Burnt Oak Substation: 35 Watling Street, HA8 0LA (access to site is at the end of Market Lane by the row of garages)
Officers from TfL were not able to attend the meeting. Following a brief discussion the Chairman deferred consideration of the item the until the 26th October meeting and advised notifying them. TfL have subsequently responded to confirm their attendance at the October meeting.
2. Parking in the Grove, Edgware
Mr Martin and Rita Stenson, who raised the issue, confirmed by email prior to the forum meeting that they would not be attending.
The Chairman decided not to discuss the issue as the response was comprehensive and provided advice on how to take the issue forward.

Parking problems in Green Lane Avenue,
Mill Hill Michelle Phillips, who raised this and other issues, was not in attendance and so the Chairman invited discussion on her behalf and drew attention to the issue of not being able to increase the number of responses to the petition because of the number of the small number of houses in the street.
Following consideration of the issues, the Chairman reported that the responses in the Issues List be noted.
5. Daws Lane Zebra Crossing
Mill Hill Residents' Association (MHRA) thanked officers for their response. Officers confirmed that a new Zebra Crossing is proposed pending no objections. Due process would have to be followed if there are objections. MHRA asked to be notified as soon of possible if there are objections.
Following consideration of the issues, the Chairman reported that the responses in the Issues List be noted.
6. Pizza Hut Motorbikes
Mill Hill Residents' Association (MHRA) confirmed their dissatisfaction that this has been a long running issue. Officers agreed to take back concerns for consideration.
