The Sub-Committee noted the receipt of the additional information that Mr David Phillips and Ms Laura Seaman were now withdrawing their objections as their concerns had now been addressed.

 

The Sub-Committee having heard oral representations from Dr Chris Nightingale and the response of the applicant’s representative;

 

RESOLVED TO APPROVE the application as per the Officer’s report and subject to the conditions and informative set out in the report.

Vote of Thanks

Minutes:

It being the last meeting of the municipal year 2013/2014, the Vice-Chairman and the Committee thanked the Chairman, for his hard work and the excellent way he had conducted the meetings of the Committee over the past year.

 

The Chairman thanked the members of the Committee and the Officers for their hard work and the support he had received from them over the year.  The Chairman also thanked Councillor Andrew Strongolou, who will be retiring after having served for 4 years on the Council.
