Finchley Lodge, Gainsborough Road, London N12 8AL - B/02303/12 Minutes: The Sub-Committee noted the receipt of the additional information set out in the tabled addendum.
The Sub-Committee having heard from Mr Neil Daniel’s who did not object to the application in principle but was concerned about the loss of privacy and the applicant’s response;
RESOLVED TO APPROVE the applicationas per the Officer’s report and subject to (i) the Section 106 Agreement (ii) the updates contained within the Addendum and (iii) the following amendment to condition 4:
Condition 4 Before the dwellings hereby permitted are first occupied the proposed velux rooflight and dormer window(s) in the side (north) elevation of the roof facing Downing Court and side (south) elevation of the roof facing The Mews shall be glazed with obscure glass only and shall be permanently retained as such thereafter and shall be permanently fixed shut.
